CognitCXT supports WooCommerce. The license key is domain-locked to your store's URL to prevent unauthorized use.
Billing is monthly and handled securely through Stripe. You are charged on the same date each month from when your subscription starts. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Your conversation history and configuration are retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to reactivate. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
The Pro plan includes 500 AI conversations per month. If you need more, you can adjust your token budget from your dashboard or contact us for a custom arrangement.
Pro subscribers get email support with responses within 1–2 business days.
Yes. License keys are domain-locked — they only work on the store URL registered during setup. All communications are encrypted in transit, and we do not store sensitive customer payment data.
